Who is responsible

Noah da Costa is responsible for the information collected on this site. Contact: mrnoahdacosta@gmail.com. The site is built and looked after for Noah by JLC Studio (jlcstudio.co.za), which can see the information only to keep the site running.

When you book a shoot

The booking form asks for your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, the kind of shoot, a preferred date and a message. They are saved so nothing gets lost, emailed to Noah so he can reply, and you get a confirmation email.

They are used only to arrange and deliver your shoot. They are kept as long as that takes and for reasonable records afterwards, and deleted sooner if you ask.

Visits to the site

Vercel, the site's host, counts visits without cookies: the page viewed, the referring site, the device type and the country. None of it identifies you.

Google Analytics runs only if you click Accept on the cookie bar. It then sets cookies to measure which galleries people look at and how they found the site. If you decline, or ignore the bar, no analytics cookies are set and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Who else handles it

A few service providers run the site: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (sending email) and Google (Google Analytics, if you accept it). Some of them store data outside South Africa, under agreements that require them to protect it. Your information is never sold.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw any consent you've given. Email mrnoahdacosta@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you may complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
